Alpha Town is a landmark project located in one of the most prime locations of Ho Chi Minh City with view to the city center. Therefore, the design was rationally selected and supported by principles of science and technology. As a result, a 35-storey building with 92873 sqm of floor area and 160 meter height was born.
Alpha Town is designed to simulate the Vietnamese “Ao Dai”. This inspirational design pushed conventional engineering to new limits which resulted in 20 piles at 100.14 meter deep and a diameter of 2.5 meter, the first to be seen in Vietnamese construction history but not the first perfectly done in Tung Feng record book.
