Landmark 81 is an iconic project that represents a new challenge and a breakthrough in Vietnam's construction industry. With extensive experience in complex projects, Tung Feng was awarded the contract for the foundation and piling works.
It is the tallest building in Vietnam at 1,513 feet high and the foundation work involved 173 piles at depths ranging from 58 to 71 meters. From 2018 to 2023, Landmark 81 held the title of the tallest building in Southeast Asia. Once again and again Tung Feng proved its self-developed reverse circulation drilling method to the world.
The construction proceeded continuously, 24 hours a day, for two months, with five reverse circulation drilling machines operating simultaneously at all time. Additionally, we successfully demonstrated our high work ethic “Safety Always First but Quality and Progress Never Stand Behind”.
